Read-only. Each company's administrator changes their own company's setting on their Users page.

PEOPLE & ACCESS

Anyone can create an account, but it has no company and sees nothing until it joins one: either they ask to join yours and you approve (the blue box below), or you invite their email address. Looking for people? Find drivers who are open to offers. Want people to find you? Set up your public company page. Hiring? Post a job. Connections and messages. Click anyone to see and edit their login and details. Nothing is erased: suspending or removing keeps every record.

LOGINS FOR DRIVERS: one for every driver who does not have one

No email is sent. Each login uses the driver card’s own email if it has one; otherwise a placeholder at the domain below (it cannot receive mail yet, so you give the driver the temporary password by text or in person). Each login is linked to the driver card, and the driver must choose their own password and set up the authenticator at first sign-in. You can change any login name before pressing Create.
