Drop in a pile of files and the program reads each one — the words inside a PDF, and the typed text in a photo or screenshot — then works out whose it is, what kind of document it is, and — for rate cons, permits, receipts and payments — the date, the dollar amount, whether it was money out or money in, and how it was paid (cash, check, Zelle, Cash App…). You don't have to pick anyone. It shows its best guess for each file; fix any that look wrong, leave the ones you don't know, then press File them. Files it can't place are simply left alone so nothing lands in the wrong place.
Your list is saved. Press ☁ Save the list for the team and everyone who signs in as an administrator or dispatcher sees the same list here, can check each file, fix the details and file it. Until you do, it is saved only on this computer.
Exact duplicates. A file counts as a duplicate only when every byte is identical (same content, even if the name differs). New files that are exact copies of something already filed are skipped automatically. To clean up what is already filed, scan it: the oldest copy is kept and the extra copies move to Deleted Records (you can restore them).
🧹 Start over. Delete the files you uploaded in the last hours — the review queue, and anything filed from it — so you can add them again. Nothing is shown or deleted until you press the button and type DELETE. Deleted files stay in Deleted Records, where an administrator can restore them.
Add files with the button above, or press “Refresh team list” to look again.
