This is not a GAAP profit and loss. It is built only from the documents filed here (rate confirmations, payments received, expenses). It does not include settlements to drivers and owner-operators, payroll, insurance premiums spread over the policy term, depreciation, accrued or unpaid bills, or the owner-operator ledger, unless each is also filed as an expense document. "Cash basis" counts money when it was received or paid; "Bookings" counts a rate confirmation (a contract) before the freight is delivered. Use it as an operating estimate, and have a qualified accountant review before any tax, lender or board use.
